We will send you a form 1 month prior to shipping the device to collect shipping payment as well as the address you wish us to ship the product to.
Our product price does NOT include VAT or import tax of your country. But we’ll try our best to declare a comparatively reasonable value for the product. Due to the customs policy of different countries, we CANNOT guarantee if there is a tax for you. Our device is designed to be extremely ergonomic and for long hours of usage. We have gotten many testers to try out the device for long hours of usage with no reported strains detected.
The device is compatible with Windows, MacOS, Linux and Andriod operating systems.
The device currently uses an ANSI keyboard layout and English text for the software. We are open to creating more language packages and keyboard layouts for our backers in the future.
No, this will be the very first WRAEK product as we aspire to create many more game changing gaming devices. But to do that, we need your support as it takes an extensive amount of time and capital to produce each product.
